Get the closest to beating the game (or the highest level) with the highest score in only 1 life.

Game Specific Rules
-No Level-to-Level warps (in level warps okay)
-If someone beats the game or ties a level, the highest score shall be the tie breaker
-Not a time trial, turn ends once you die.
