RGU2's Cosplay Contest - April 25th

We are happy to announce that at our RGU2 Convention on April 25th, we will be holding our first ever Cosplay (costume) Competition. Free to enter, you can register at the event or you can pre-register with us via email or facebook message. We will also add you to our Cosplay e-mail list for full event details.  All children who apply will receive a free gift from RGCW!



It's Free to Enter!
To register at the event, you must check in at the "Cosplay Table" from 10am until 2pm. We will be announcing winners near 3:30pm at the event.We have awards and prizes ranging from people's choice, online choice and judge's choices, but the highest and most prestigious award....

Best in Show (First Place)
Our Best in Show will become Retro Gamers Winnipeg's first ever Cosplay Winner, with the trophy to prove it. Not only that, they will win their own Nintendo 3DS as well as other prizes from our sponsors.

Children are encouraged to enter
All children 12 years old and younger who enter will receive a special gift from Retro Gamers Winnipeg, including a chance to win a Nintendo Game Cube package.

On April 25th we're holding (with PNP Games help) the first ever Amiibo's Free-for-All tournament. You'll be able to register your Amiibos at RGU2 to face off against other local trainers, winner takes all with grand prizes valuing over $75 each and a pretty slick "trophy" from Retro Gamers Winnipeg.
