Activities for Children at RGU2 April 25 2015
In addition to our free gaming area, on April 25th 2015 at RGU2, we have 2 main activities children can join for free (after admission) and win some great prizes! Buy your tickets now at all major sponsors for ONLY $5! Kids 5 years and under get free admission.
The Pokemon Scavenger Hunt
Throughout the venue, we have hidden a few fan favorite Pokemon with special nicknames. All kids 12 and under who attend will receive a free, blank Pokemon Scavenger Hunt sheet to full out and once they do they can turn it in for a special prize bag from Retro Gamers Winnipeg which includes a free raffle ticket for our Gamecube Package.
The Cosplay Contest
To encourage children to enter our free Cosplay Contest (Costume Contest), all children 12 years old and under who enter will receive a special prize package from Retro Gamers Winnipeg which includes a free raffle ticket for our Nintendo Gamecube Package. Not to mention they have a chance to win other prizes from the Cosplay Contest including a Nintendo 3DS for "Best in Show". The Nintendo Gamecube Package
The package includes a complete Nintendo Gamecube (hook ups, controller) with a variety of games including Mario Party 7 and Sonic Mega collection that has a total retail value of over $100! We will draw for the prize at approx 2pm on April 25th and you have to present to win!

Please note - we only special prize packages for the first 100 children who get them, however we should have an unlimited amount of tickets for the Gamecube package. So if we run out of prize packages, your child should still receive a ticket.
