Retro video game collecting has been on the rise in popularity over the past few years. We've gone from a hand full of people wanting to relive their childhood, scouring thrift stores and flea markets to today, thousands of YouTube channels and retail stores dedicated solely to retro video games. We're excited this idea of a retro video game event for charity is actually happening! All the pieces are falling into place....



RGCW has gone from an idea to this fan group hosting it's first event for charity!
It's happening!
I came up with the idea of a "video game event" to not only celebrate retro video games, but to help Winnipeg charities as well. Retro Gamers Convention Winnipeg has gone from an idea discussed inside a PNP Games one random day to small fan group hosting their first event in support of Lighthouse Mission. Thank you for everyone's support. Thank you to the RGCW planning committee's hard work and thank you to all our sponsors for believing we can make this a success!

Nerdhaven Collectables has been fuelling Winnipeg's geek-culture community, appearing at conventions all year round. Make sure to catch them at #RetroGamersUnite April 5th 2014.
